Larry Atterberry Sr. founded Atterberry Auction & Realty Company in 1970. He began with the vision and goal of operating a full-time, full-service Auction business. Over the years he has met that goal and successfully liquidates real estate, estates, businesses and personal property. All the while, he remains dedicated to maintaining an impeccable reputation and high standards set forth by him, for his company. By his side, and over the years, has been his wife Judy. She has been an important part of the business and a successful Realtor since 1975.

Seventeen years later, Larry's son Larry Jr. joined him in business. Larry Jr. is a licensed Auctioneer, real estate broker and business partner. He works diligently alongside his father to continue the company's success and provide its customers with excellent service.

In 1992, Larry's daughter, Terri, graduated from Missouri Auction School and joined the business as a licensed Auctioneer and Realtor. Terri's focus is in the area of marketing and selling real estate at auction. She is just one of a few females in the nation who has chosen Auctioneering as her primary career.

In 1996, Scott Sapp, a second-generation Auctioneer, joined Atterberry Auction Co. Scott is a 1984 graduate of the Missouri Auction School and full-time employee. Scott's knowledge of the auction profession is an added benefit to the auction team in its service to the public.

This family-owned business works together, striving to provide their customers with successful results and commonly held values: values which include high standards, professionalism, old-fashioned customer service, and integrity. Through all of this, they take nothing for granted, working hard for and appreciating each and every customer they do business with.
