     "I hold in my hand a questionnaire received recently regarding the sale you held for the Smith estate. I felt grading you was not quite adequate for the SUPER job you did. Even above and beyond the call of duty. So, I choose to write a letter to thank you and to tell you we score all the categories as 10. I'm sure you do this for all your patrons, as your name in the surrounding communities dictates it. It didn't seem to bother you at all when I asked you to auction the commercial real estate properties at the eleventh hour. You just went to work and got it done. I must say you increased the bottom line substantially. Thank you for being there for us. I must not forget to recognize Monday Sale days also. You know Mondays are good sale days, ha. Ok I admit I didn't believe it until you proved it to me."
