Directions: From Somerset take Hwy 39 approximately 17 miles and turn left onto Hwy 328. Proceed on Hwy 328 approximately 3 miles to the auction or from Waynesburg, turn off Hwy 27 onto Hwy 1247 and proceed to Hwy 328. Follow Hwy 328 approximately 7 miles to the auction. Auction signs are posted.
The heirs of the late Mrs. Ada Payne have authorized our firm, to offer this real estate and personal property at absolute auction in order to settle her estate.
