Pick up date: Saturday, July 29th, from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Payment: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. If your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out you will be charged $115.00. Payment can be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover) up to $3,000. Invoices over $3,000 will be required to pay via wire transfer. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any declined payment. By agreeing to our terms, you are allowing us to charge your credit card following the auction.     This online bidding system is set to start closing at 7:00 P.M. 3 lots every 1 minute. If a bid is placed with less than 5 minutes left, the time will reset to 5 minutes for that item.      Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to that auction.  Before you bid, please take a few seconds, and look at the information provided. This will have the location, date / times for the preview and pickup, and other pertinent information. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission.  You are bidding on the described item, not the photo. Please let us know if you see an error in our listings. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied”.  Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, funky odors, etc. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition. Please bid accordingly.   Pickup: All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup time(s).  Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV & will be handled at our discretion (unless other arrangements have been made). Shipping is arranged through Shipping Saint, below are the steps to request shipping:
1. After invoices are sent out the morning after the auction closes, you will receive an email to either reserve your pickup time OR to have your items shipped.
2. After the auction’s pickup day, your items will be packaged up. You will receive an email with an invoice of your shipping charges. At the bottom of the invoice, you provide payment directly to Shipping Saint.
3. Following payment of your shipping invoice, we will create the label and schedule your items to be picked up by the carrier.
4. You will receive an email with your tracking number when the label is printed.
