Priddys is a well-known name in southern West Virginia in the business community. Started in 1974 by brothers Larry and Don Priddy, their philosophy was, and still is today: “God, Family, County.” Always believing that a good product, at a fair price, is what would keep customers coming back.
What began as a grocery store expanded into portable backyard buildings, ruck accessories, hardware, feed, seed, work clothes and shoes, as well as furniture. As the times have changed so has the business model, and products offered.
In 1989 brothers Larry and Don ventured into their next vision…mini-storage. Using the same work ethic and knowledge they are known for, they have grown Priddys Mini-Storage into the largest on-site storage facility in southern West Virginia with 3 locations with over 700 storage units offering regular and climate-controlled storage.
In 2010, Scott Priddy (Son of Don) had a vision of his own and began the portable (mobile) storage part of the business. Using the same work ethic as his father and uncle, the portable storage part of the business has grown to over 100 units. Priddys is locally owned and operated by the Priddys boys. You can be assured that when you choose Priddys for your storage needs you are dealing with a local family that will service your needs with a good product at a fair price.

Preview is highly recommended so you can make your own determination of quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all the other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo.<br />
Although not all Auctions have previews. Bid accordingly.<br />

Pickup:<br />
All items must be removed during the schedule pickup time(s)<br />
Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions of Wv & will be handled at our discretion.(unless other arrangements have been made)<br />
Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV reserves the right to ban or do business with anyone they feel unqualified.<br />

Please bring plenty of help and proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff is not available to assist with loading. Don't bring a Pinto to take home a bedroom suite, please.<br />
